In some areas of the country developers work very closely with the local real estate agents. If this is the case in your area, you may want to consider creating VisualTours for developments. Do a virtual tour for each of the models. Do a separate tour for the development itself (entrance, parks, clubhouse, golf course, etc.). Create tours for individual spec homes if available.
