Prudential California has integrated VisualTour® into their own agent
productivity suite called WebTop. We have private labeled VisualTour®
for their agents so that they call them WebTours)
"VisualTour
is truly such a big part of my business, it is hard to narrow my
thoughts into one quote. It would be safe to say my business volume
doubled, if not tripled in the last year and VisualTour had a huge
role to play in that accomplishment.
"When
I take a listing, one of the very first things I do is take digital
pictures of the home, then go back to my computer and within minutes
I create a tour. I then immediately attach the tour to the listing
I create online and literally minutes later the listing along with
the VisualTour is on the Internet ready to view. In 2001 I received
6,743 hits on my VisualTours - that is 6,743 people that would have
otherwise not seen my listings.
"I
have closed four deals involving out of state clients that fell
in love with my listings via VisualTour. One client even wrote an
offer and closed escrow without ever personally visiting the home.
They are in love with the home and said it was exactly the same
as in my online tour. I put as much information as I can on my tours,
you never know what it is exactly that the client is going to fall
in love with.
"My
clients all have told me that buying a home is a visual experience
and they enjoy being able to preview homes without have to spend
countless weekends looking at all the wrong stuff. I have been known
to take pictures of homes for out of the area buyers and put them
on a VisualTour and email them the home's tour. It is a fantastic
way for out of the area buyers to see what is available in our market.
"I
also put my VisualTours on disks and leave them at my listings for
the buyers that are just not sure and want to go back and think
about it. It keeps the home close to their heart and in their eyes.
If I had to use any other company besides VisualTour.com, I would
not have the flexibility or control to incorporate VisualTour in
every part of my business."
Thanks!
