I
have been using VisualTour.com for several years now and I must
say that it is one of the best marketing tools I have ever used.
I have secured several listings because of it and have been contacted
by several homeowners asking me to list their home. They had seen
my website with the tours on it and were very impressed.
And the ease of creating the VisualTour® is so simple anyone
can do it! If you have a digital camera and a tripod you can do
a real professional job. I feel that my visuals are as good as you
can get.
One
other advantage to the system. I place my tours on CD ROMs and 3.5
inch diskettes and leave them at my listings to be picked up by
a potential buyer. ( I also include instructions on the label on
how to open up the file). The response has been great!!!!
Just
yesterday I had an open house and gave a diskette to a walk-in.
I must say they were very impressed and commented that they have
never received anything like this at any other listing. They loved
the technology! The result was I picked up a $250,000 buyer!
The
