“I bought the VisualTour software & system last year at the Keller Williams conference. I have found it to be a great investment. I have total control of the tours. Sellers are very impressed when you tell them that you can have their virtual tour on the Internet within a few hours of taking the listing (and taking the digital pictures). They also like it when you leave tour disks at the home for buyers to take with them. You can also hand them out at Open Houses. We've created our own diskette label with our picture, company information, and instructions on how to view the tour (using Microsoft Publisher).
And at just $25 each, you can do a VisualTour for every listing, no matter price range. A lot of agents using other type of virtual tours only purchase them for their high end homes. Our first time buyer market is golden here - homes $150,000 and under are still selling quickly and with multiple offers. So we would like as many of those listings as possible, and promising a virtual tour of those homes to the sellers can be a tie breaker when you are competing with other agents for that listing. I could go on.
