telephone staff is the best I've ever been in contact with! And,
that is saying alot with everything my family does over the telephone
(Ipod, computers, service on any item...TV, stereo, dishwasher,
washing machine, hotels, etc.) Your customer service staff is the
best!!!!!!
They
are always patient and seem to understand the most bizarre problems
that occur. The last time I called, which was a couple of days ago,
I told the young man how wonderful the customer service is. So,
thanks for giving me the email address to express it to upper management.

Visual Tour program out of my briefcase and install it in my computer,
I already had a call from Visual Tour staff offering assistance.
I received a quick response to an e-mail question, then a quick
answer to my phone call for another question, along with an offer

The
program is very intuitive, and the tutorials are excellent. But
your support staff is more responsive and more available than any
