The
subscription price for an individual agent is $29.95 per month. We do extend special
team pricing for an additional $15 per team member per month. This monthly price
includes an unlimited number of tours for your entire team. Here
are several of the most commonly asked questions regarding the team pricing:

|
|
| Question:
What do you consider to be a "team?" Answer:
For purposes of pricing a VisualTour subscription account, a team is considered
two or more people that promote themselves together. For example if Sam and Tracy
Jones are licensed real estate agents and market themselves as "The Jones
Team" or "Sam Jones & Associates" in their marketing materials
(including their VisualTour viewer), we consider that to be a 2 (or more) person
team. The pricing would be $29.95 per month for the base subscription, and $15.00
per month additional for the second team member. To
qualify for individual agent subscription pricing, you must brand only one person,
and only one person's photo must be shown in the VisualTour viewer.

| Question:
We are a husband and wife and we market ourselves together as "Joe and Betty
Jones". Is this considered to be a team? Answer:
Yes. If two or more people licensed or otherwise, market their services together,
that's a team.

Question:
I have a full-time assistant. Am I considered a team or single agent? Answer:
If you're only marketing yourself and not your assistant as a "team,"
you're subscribing as a single agent. If you want to include your assistant's
name and photo on your VisualTours, then you're a team.

Question:
I have a photo of just myself, but I want to use the word "Team" on
my banner or contact information as this is how I promote myself. Is this considered
a team subscription? Answer:
Yes, inclusion of words such as "team", "group", "and
Associates", "crew" (e.g. the John Smith Team or the Sally Jones
Group) constitutes a team for VisualTour subscription purposes. Your choices would
be either to subscribe as a two person team or to eliminate the word indicating
multiple people from your logo or contact information and then subscribe as a
single agent.

Question:
Why do you charge more for a team than you do a single agent? Answer:
A team of agents will typically generate more listings (and tours) than one individual.
Since our pricing is not based on a "per tour" basis but rather on a
"unlimited number of tours for a fixed price" basis, we must charge
based on the number of people actually marketing themselves with a single account.
That's also why a broker/owner can't subscribe their entire office under a single
agent subscription account. We have however discounted the additional team member's
subscription price by 50% as we recognize the legitimacy of bona fide agent teams.
