"PhotoShare
is definitely the most valuable and versatile real estate tool in
my arsenal. It's actually the cornerstone of my marketing strategy.
And I use it for every aspect of my work- presentations for buyers
and sellers, posting inventory on the Internet, soliciting corporations
for their relocation business, creating personal and office brochures
on diskettes and anything else I can think of.
I do a lot of corporate relocation work and most of my clients require
their transferring employees to interview at least two agents. Usually
I'm competing against an agent who's considered the area specialist.
When one transferee saw my marketing plan incorporating PhotoShare
multimedia disks and VisualTour.com, she called the other agent
(her neighborhood specialist) and cancelled his appointment. I listed
the property and had it on the Internet two hours later. Needless
to say, she gave me rave reviews when she reported back to her corporation.
My
favorite client reaction was from a gentleman who was transferring
to South Florida from England. I sent him a PhotoShare tour of Weston
by email. I laughed when I got a reply that said "my wife was so
excited I almost had to peel her off the ceiling!" After a few more
emails, he chose his new community, subdivision and model before
he landed in the U.S. Now that's world-class convenience."
