"Ever
since we at The Bluntzer Group began using the PhotoShare and VisualTour.com
system to produce virtual tours of our listings, we have seen a
marked increase in our business. As we have become known in the
industry for being on the cutting edge of real estate marketing
technology, such as PhotoShare and VisualTour.com, we were asked
to speak at the RE/MAX National Convention in Spain last May. We
gladly showed our colleagues how to use this easy to learn technology
to gain listings and make more sales worldwide. Since that live
presentation, we have received many referrals from our colleagues

our website.
Also, when
interviewing for listings locally, we are consistently ahead of
our competition with VisualTour.com, because it is the only virtual
tour program that allows us to add a voice narration and as many
photos and panoramic images of the property as we see fit. When
buyers walk through our listings we give them virtual tour diskettes
representing all the important selling features of the home. This
way they take home a guided tour to show their spouse and sell them
on the idea of buying our listings above the others they may have
seen and probably forgotten.
We also produce
some of our VisualTours in Spanish and French for our clients in
Latin America and parts of Europe and email these tours around the
world to those who may be potential purchasers for some of our properties.
