Modifying MLS Numbers for Re-Submission to REALTOR.comŽ

If the MLS number entered onto the Tour Information screen in your VisualTour.com account does not match the MLS number on REALTOR.com, your tour will not appear on REALTOR.com. This lack of matching numbers could be the result of the MLS number changing when a listing is renewed or can also occur when a tour is first submitted with an incorrect number, in which case you will see the following error on your distribution status page.

Listing not currently active on Realtor.com site - cannot accept order(4010)

Regardless of the cause of the mismatched numbers, you will want to use the following steps to make the appropriate changes and resubmit your tour. This process will not result in any additional linking fees.

 


From the My Account screen at www.VisualTour.com, click My Tours.

 


Click the INFO button next to the tour on the My Tours page.

 

 

Change the MLS number or other desired information, then click RESUMBIT at the top..

 


Review the information stated, then click Next.

 


You are reminded how to check the status of the tour link. Click Continue.


 

Your tour will be resubmitted to REALTOR.com via PicturePath.
