Linking to REALTOR.com®

Note – There is a $19.95 fee per tour that’s required to link your VisualTour to your listing to REALTOR.com.

 

Setting Your Default Options for REALTOR.com Auto Linking

When you first upload your tour, you will have the option to link it to REALTOR.com by checking a box on one of the initial startup screens.  You can set your account to check this box for you automatically every time or to never check the box automatically. EITHER WAY, you can always check or uncheck the box to select whether or not to send that tour to REALTOR.com. You also have the option to never display any information about linking the tour. To access these options, log into your account at www.VisualTour.com and on the My Account page, click Auto Linking Setup

Click the Setup option next to REALTOR.com®

 

 

Check the box saying "I would like to link my tours to REALTOR.com®" then choose "Selected" or "Unselected" from the drop down box to indicate whether you want the option for linking to be checked or unchecked by default when uploading each tour. Click Save to finish setting up your options.

 

 

Linking Your Tour During The Initial Upload

If you have the auto linking option activated as shown above, then when you first upload your tour, you will have the option to link it to REALTOR.com by checking a box on one of the initial upload screens. Begin your tour upload as normal. After you log into your account, you are taken to the Add Tour screen.

 


Check the box indicating you would like this tour linked.

 

Continue your upload as you normally do by scrolling down and filling in your property information, and clicking Next. When you reach the screen indicating that the tour has been successfully uploaded, you will click FINISH as you normally do, but instead of being taken back to the My Tours screen, you will see the following screen.

 


Select whether to use the credit card stored in your online account or an alternate card.

Also check the box to indicate that you have read the terms and conditions of linking, then click Next.

 

 

 

If you are using an alternate credit card, you will be asked to fill in your card information, then click Continue.

 

 


You will see a charge card processing screen.

 

 

 

A confirmation screen tells you that the tour has been successfully submitted and how to verify whether the tour has actually been linked.

 

 

 

Once you have completed the upload process, you will receive an email indicating what response was received from REALTOR.com. To avoid the wait, or if that email does not arrive (Perhaps blocked by a spam filter), then you will want to verify that the tour has been successfully uploaded by following the instructions provided on the final screen of the upload process. Here is an example of a tour that was SUCCESSFULLY submitted but DID NOT link successfully.

 

This tour does not match any listings on REALTOR.com, probably due to a typo in the MLS number or address.

 

If for any reason, the tour does not link successfully and you need to make corrections, you can resubmit the tour at no additional cost. Click Here for instructions.

 

 

 

Linking Your Tour At Some Point After The Initial Upload

If you did not choose to link your tour when it was first uploaded, you can still do so at any time. First, log into your account at www.VisualTour.com, and on the My Account page, click My Tours.

 

 

 

 

Click the INFO button next to your tour.

 

 

Check the box in the top section. After reviewing the rest of the page for accuracy, click SAVE.

 

 

You will be taken to the Terms and Conditions page. To continue the linking process, follow the instructions above for linking a new tour.
