Realtors now have an Inexpensive choice in Virtual Home Tours

Coral Springs, FL - November 8, 1999 - TRF Systems, developers of the PhotoShare® Multimedia Virtual Tour System will introduce version 3.0 of PhotoShare at the 1999 National Association of REALTORS® Convention in Orlando, Florida.

PhotoShare version 3.0 incorporates many new features including:

  • The ability to automatically post virtual tours to the VisualTour.com™ webserver service.
  • An enhanced self-running Tour Guide function to teach and perform all of the important functions of PhotoShare with the agent.
  • A new multimedia tutorial included on the CD which uses recorded voice and screenshot samples to teach agents all of the features of PhotoShare from registering the software to downloading photos from their digital camera to posting multimedia virtual tours to the Internet and more.
  • Each system also includes one-on-one training for each agent with a human trainer with our Personal Training Assistant service.

The new VisualTour.com webserver service allows PhotoShare enabled agents to post multimedia virtual tours to a single webserver so the agents and their webmasters do not need to store and serve the virtual tour content. A standard feature of the VisualTour.com service sends an email notification to the agent and to their web provider(s) that a new virtual tour has been created moments before. Unlike the $100 per home virtual tour services, this feature enables the agent and their web providers to display and promote their properties the same day that the virtual tour photos were taken.

As over 1,500 real estate professionals have found, the PhotoShare system is a fast, easy, and inexpensive way to create and distribute Multimedia Virtual Tours of their listings. Now, in addition to sharing these virtual tours by email and diskette, real estate professionals can market these tours from a Java based viewer that any PC or Mac can play using standard browsers with no plug-in needed.

TRF believes that PhotoShare 3.0 with the new VisualTour.com service is the first system to offer real estate agents an inexpensive, self-service system to create multimedia virtual tours. Each PhotoShare Multimedia Virtual Tour can contain up to 50 photos (still, panoramic, and 360°) with voice and text descriptions all in a plug-in free self running viewer. And PhotoShare includes the capability to send multimedia virtual home and neighborhood tours by diskette, by e-mail and to be shown in person off-line.

PhotoShare will be exhibited at the NAR Convention November 12 - 15, 1999 in booth # 1381. And as an introductory special promotion, each PhotoShare Agent system will include 12 virtual tours ($300 value) and PhotoShare Broker systems will include 100 virtual tours ($2,500 value). Additional virtual tours may be purchased separately.
