CORAL SPRINGS, FL - July 24, 2000 - VisualTour.com® today announced an agreement to automatically link their virtual tours to Metropolitan Regional Information System public property search portal www.HomesDatabase.com.

Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS) is the largest multiple listing service in the mid-Atlantic states and operates www.HomesDatabase.com, including approximately 150,000 to 200,000 listings each year. This new automated tour linking service is available to their 28,000 MLS members in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Effective immediately, VisualTour.com® will provide its database of virtual tours for all MRIS member listings to be displayed as a virtual tour on the www.HomesDatabase.com website. These listings and linked tours can also be displayed from member websites through the Active Agent web service that MRIS offers to its agent members.
