If you
average two or more transactions per month, you have proven that you can
successfully negotiate the road to real estate success. You have also
run into a major problem: a lack of time to generate new business that
will increase your success. The answer in most cases is to hire a Virtual
Assistant or Transaction Coordinator so that you can free yourself to
spend more time generating your future success.
Does such a strategy work? Heres what one of my Allen F. Hainge
CyberStars found. The following comes from CyberStar Jodi
Brown of RE/MAX Territory, Burlington , WA:
I hired my first VA more than two years ago when my transactions
per year totaled 15. Our first VA, is still with us as our Virtual Transaction
Coordinator. She handles all of the details from contract to closing.
She has been extraordinarily well received by all of our clients and co-op
agents. I work for a traditional Broker, and this concept was very difficult
for him to accept at first. I do believe that my Broker now truly values
the added service that I supply, not only to my clients and co-op agents
but also to our own office files. The notes and details of the files are
incredible when compared to what I had supplied in the past!
During our first year with a VA, we went from 15 closed sales to
30, thus doubling our business.
