Each standard YouTube video includes the following content:
- The first *six scenes of your actual VisualTour, including panoramas.
- The background music you selected for your VisualTour.
- A bookend intro and exit splash screen to accentuate your own personal contact information and branding for each video.
- Each scene transitions to the next after five seconds using pan-zoom transition effects.
- An embedded link back to your full featured VisualTour.
- Extensive text description and keyword Tag data to make it easier for consumers to find your videos when searching on YouTube. Geocoding is also a standard feature.
* A video with six scenes plus the intro and exit will play for about one minute which is recommended to keep a consumers attention on your listing. You can optionally choose up to your first 24 scenes if you prefer to show more of a larger property. A video with 24 scenes will take approximately three minutes to play in its entirety.
Also, if you change the status of your VisualTour to “Sold”, we can automatically delete the related video from your YouTube account. This is a safety measure for agents to help prevent you from advertising sold properties as actively available.
