Bonnie
Wright-Norton of Keller Williams Legacy One in Mesa, AZ created
this week's tour of the week. When someone says Arizona you don't
usually think of lush greenery, but when you look at this tour you
will see you were wrong. Bonnie has had her VisualTour account for
about two months. Great panoramas Bonnie!

As
all of you know, the perfect way to make people feel at home is
to make them comfortable with their surroundings. What better way
to accomplish this than to create a neighborhood tour? Tell them
in words and pictures about the shortest line at the grocery store
and where to get the best pizza. Help them locate the schools, churches,
and medical facilities by providing pictures and directions within
your tour. Let prospects know about the proximity of these to the
property, by including phrases such as, "Only 6 minutes from
the Lake!" or "With XYZ factory nearby, your commute will
be only minutes to and from work." These will make really great
selling points.
Maybe
it's time to set up a second account so that you can separate your
"For Sale" listings from your "For Lease" listings?
Glen Gill has done exactly that. On his home page at http://www.houstonhometours.com
you will find three separate links to his VisualTours. The one on
the left is sales and the one on the right is for lease properties,
and should you still be confused he has provided you with the opportunity
to look up any tour by just entering the tour number into the third
section.
There are still other ways to use VisualTour. A prime example is
Guerry Norwood, who has made several tours of the St. Simons, Georgia
area with some fabulous panoramics. He has taken his tours one step
further by creating a tour for a local charity event. The function
he highlighted in the tour is called Super Dolphin Day Race 2003,
and Guerry has managed to capture the faces of several of the participants
as they crossed the finish line. What a fabulous way to highlight
functions within your community. See Guerry's tours on his webpage
www.atlanticcoastgeorgia.com
Excerpt
from The Brunswick News. "The Super Dolphin turns 25 years
old next Saturday. Originally started in 1979 to promote children's
fitness and to raise funds for the St. Simons Elementary PTA,
the race now has turned into a rite of spring that turns the St.
Simons Island village into a festival.
The
number of participants tops 1,000, and last year runners from
Illinois, Ohio, New York, California, Washington and Canada were
in the field."
