 VisualTour® of the Week

This week's tour was created by Lynne Kelleher of Prudential Fox & Roach in Newtown, PA. Lynne wanted everyone to see the diversity of the community that she represents. With record snowfalls recently in the northeast, it is nice to see that Lynne's area has a varied list of activities the rest of the year. Visit her web page at www.lynnekelleher.com.

Click Here to view the tour.

If you have a tour that takes advantage of available features like scrolling photos, hotspots, banners, your agent photo, and voice, why not submit it for tour of the week? We would love to see it and share it with the world. Just email us a link at real-estate@VisualTour.com.

A Really Fast Sale Because Of A Comprehensive Tour
As you may recall, we recently highlighted a tour created by Bruce Nemovitz of Realty Executives in Milwaukee. Well, Bruce was really surprised when a young man from California who was now working in Milwaukee contacted him. He wanted to look at the house that we featured (tour # 98593) in our newsletter. The man and his wife had seen Bruce's tour, and the wife said it was ok to buy it without her seeing it in person as long as the house looked like it did in the tour . They told Bruce that it was the most comprehensive tour they had seen. (If you still have access to the link you will notice that Bruce has changed the sign on the tour to read "Under Contract.") This is a good use of the tour signage, which is available on every tour. Shortly thereafter, we surprised Bruce by displaying his tour at our booth during the Realty Executives International Convention in Miami Beach. Nice job Bruce!

Now Link Your Tours To eMailaCard
Recently we had the opportunity to speak with Roman Mica, President of eMailaCard. We wanted to know more about his product since he recently notified us that it is now possible to include links to virtual tours in his cards. eMailaCard currently has over 1,000 different cards that are rotated on a regular basis, and they are currently working on incorporating a spell checker. The company was started about four years ago to help agents market their websites. Roman keeps his company on the leading edge of technology by adding in the things that are most requested by current users, such as the newsletter templates that are a real breeze to use. Along with the newsletters, he has a brochure section that will allow you to create an eBrochure by just filling in the blank and uploading a picture. The feedback cards that provide an agent with a quicker and cheaper way to get that all-important reaction from a potential client are magnificent. There are free cards for you to try on his home page and a discount if you sign up for the newsletter. Visit eMailaCard at www.emailacard.com.

The "Dene Fite Quality Service Award"
Congratulations to Melinda Jordan for being named as the Century 21 Judge Fite Company Realtors Top Producer Award Winner. Among her many accolades Melinda also received The "Dene Fite Quality Service Award," which is given for excellence in service to others. It shows that even the busiest, most productive real estate professionals find that creating their own virtual tours with VisualTour.com is a better overall solution for their listing and marketing results.

A Life Changing Experience
As most of you know we don't encourage going into the Real Estate photography business because most of you have discovered how easy it is to do it yourself, but occasionally we get really unexpected life changing comments like this one from Sarah Valentine.

"VisualTour has changed my life! I started as an administrative assistant for a top-producing agent, Barbara Johnson at Prudential Florida WCI realty on Marco Island, Florida nearly three years ago. Everyone in the office liked what I was doing for her so much that I started a part time business doing VisualTours. Last March I came up to Highlands, North Carolina and realized that nobody had virtual tours...now I have a full time business, which I absolutely love because I get to see the most beautiful homes in the world. Come see my web site, www.sarahvtours.com to see why!!! Thank you VisualTours!"

Naturally, not everyone is fortunate enough to have such life altering experiences, but it's nice to know that Sarah loves her work.

And for those of you looking forward to seeing the sales team in person check our News & Events page regularly. We try to post all current and future appearances, and the sales team is always delighted to see a current customer.
