As
you all know, in our newsletter we feature a different tour every
week, but lately it has become increasingly more difficult to find
tours that feature the "every day" property.
Every
community has properties at the high end of the price list that
are absolutely magnificent to look at and photograph really well,
but should these be the only ones that deserve a virtual tour?
Let's
see why you should do a virtual tour for every property you list:
- 85% of ALL
potential consumers are "Internet Savvy"
- 89% of Buyers
will house hunt on the Web
- 79% of Internet
Buyers found their Realtor on the Internet
- 88% Communicate
with their Realtor by email
If
all four of these statements are true then you are doing yourself
a disservice by not doing a virtual tour. These potential buyers
are already out there looking for their next house. If yours isn't
out there with a tour, then they will probably go on to the next
one on the list.
85%
of Buyers shop for property below $200,000
Everyone
is always looking for that really big sale. But if you could make
3 or 2 or just 1 more sale in the median price range, isn't that
a worthwhile investment.
Internet
buyers research 3 times as long, prior to contacting a Realtor and
one third as long afterward. Doesn't that make it easier for you?
Ok,
if all of those things are true, then what are you waiting for?
We have just given you several examples of how you can save time
and money by creating a virtual tour and letting the buyer do most
of the legwork.
So
what are you waiting for? Take the initiative and take the pictures
you just shot of your most recent listing, and put them on the Internet.
