Spring is here and it's time to get out there and get some new listings! But first you need to make sure you've got a digital camera to effectively market the listing (and yourself!). If you've waited (and waited) to get your first digital camera or if you've decided to upgrade your old model, here are some great choices for every budget and need.
The high end choices tend to have some great "bells and whistles" that have little application relative to real estate marketing, but for $1,000 or so, you'll probably want to use it for family gatherings, vacations, etc. too. On the other end of the spectrum, you can get started for less than $50 for a digital camera that takes images good enough for the Internet (virtual tours and email). For those of you with an eye toward getting the best value for mostly real estate use, see our Mid Priced choices. These models have lots of real estate specific features and are priced affordably for an agent (or office manager) who uses digital photos frequently.
We've listed the manufacturer and model, the list price and a lower price we've found shopping. Also the primary features are highlighted. Decide on your budget and how you'll use your digital camera and GO GET ONE! By the way, all digital still cameras work with VisualTour.com virtual tours!
