VISUALTOUR LINKS

VisualTour® can automatically send the linking information from your tours to the major portals or MLS sites that allow them to show your tours with your listings. We are constantly adding new automated distribution partners so your tours will be visible from as many places as possible. Once we distribute the tour URLs to these websites, the site owners also have automated the ability to add your tour URL to your listing. This automated process means less effort for you, and the VisualTour for your listing is marketing your property within a day or two of our system distributing it for you.

Your VisualTour also has the ability to be displayed automatically without your branding if that is required by your MLS. Note, each MLS / Association has its own policies regarding your branding and contact information. Check with your local MLS to ensure you are in compliance with their policies. If you would like for us to implement this automated tour distribution to your local MLS, we'll be happy to do so at no charge. This will require that your local MLS software vendor work with us to receive the distribution and enable the linking on their end. This is a very easy task that can normally be accomplished in a matter of a week or two.

Each VisualTour keeps track of each time someone views the tour and from which website. So you'll also have a real-time updated report of the results of your VisualTour Internet Marketing strategy. You can view your statistics and graphs and email the report (see example here) to the home owner for your listing.
